Gregory R. Malin
Gregory R. Malin, is the Chief Executive Officer of Troon Pacific, Inc., President of ATTP, LLC., and Chairman of Rjukan Technology Center AS in Oslo, Norway.
For each company, Mr. Malin is responsible for its acquisitions, oversight, and development planning. He brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, creativity, and vision with regard to real estate finance, asset management, and planning. In addition, Mr. Malin has a significant background with complex mixed-use master plan developments of highly acclaimed residential developments and commercial projects. His background includes founding, directing, and supervising worldwide operations for a full-service international real estate services organization which was involved with the asset management of a broad range of asset types including office, retail, multi-family, and industrial.
Mr. Malin has been an active participant and supporter of the Arts in San Francisco, and is an active Board Member of the San Francisco Zoological Society. Historically, he was also an active member of the Corporate Council and Support Committee for SFMOMA; and past Chairman and President of The Real Estate Alliance for Charity (REAC), a collaboration of 11 Major San Francisco/Bay Area Real Estate Trade Associations committed to supporting charitable causes.
Paul P. Rabinovitch
Executive Vice President
Paul P. Rabinovitch is the Executive Vice President of Troon Pacific, Inc. Mr. Rabinovitch focusses his efforts on business development, investor relations, fundraising and capital strategy for Troon Pacific and the various investment funds that are managed by Troon Pacific. He is also involved in guiding the multifamily strategy for Troon Pacific.
Prior to joining Troon Pacific Mr. Rabinovitch held senior executive positions in several regionally prominent real estate companies. He brings 20 years of real estate acquisition, development, equity investment, and asset management experience to Troon Pacific. His portfolio of projects includes over 600 apartments in urban, suburban and resort communities, land development, brownfields redevelopment, as well as the development of over a hundred townhouses.
Mr. Rabinovitch is also a licensed investment advisor. He has advised individuals, family offices, foundations and institutions in allocating their investments towards opportunities that balance market rate returns with impactful social returns.
Mr. Rabinovitch has been active in civic life and has served as the Vice Chairman of the Montclair Planning Board (a Mayoral Appointed position) and on the Board of Directors for the College of Science, Sustainability and Mathematics at Montclair State University.
Katelyn G. Kimmons
Katelyn Kimmons is Controller for Troon Pacific, Inc. She possesses a decade of experience in real estate, property management, and construction accounting. Prior to joining the company in 2016, she was assistant controller for Bridge Housing Corporation, a major California developer and manager of affordable housing, where she was instrumental in establishing accounting policies and procedures in that complex and highly regulated environment. She was the recipient of the PCAOB scholarship in 2015 at Golden Gate University, from which she graduated with honors with a master’s in accountancy. She holds an undergraduate degree in comparative religion from Beloit College.
Director of Administration
Kelley Faulkner is the Director of Administration for Troon Pacific, Inc. She brings over fifteen years of experience in leadership positions with state and county government and non-profit organizations supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and performing arts organizations in Seattle, New York City, and the San Francisco Bay Area. She has extensive experience with special events, fundraising, program development, and project management. Kelley has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Olaf College, studied theatre and acting at the University of Washington and with the Atlantic Acting School in NYC and LA and is a certified yoga instructor.
Charlot D. Malin
An accomplished Interior Designer and Design Director, Charlot D. Malin is the Chief Operating Officer of Troon Pacific and is Director of the firm’s overall design team. Born and raised in Oslo, Norway, she is known for her European sensibility, her originality, and her creativity with design, her roster of notable interior design projects include LEED Platinum luxury residences, numerous residences and wineries in the Napa/Sonoma area, the 464 Prospect luxury development in La Jolla, California, George Lucas’ Skywalker Ranch Sound Studios, Robert Redford’s Sundance Resort in Provo, Utah, and the Hassayampa Golf and Country Club in Prescott, Arizona.
Charlot is active in the San Francisco Community as the President of the San Francisco Opera Guild, Chairman of SFMOMA’s Artist Circle, and serves on the board of SFMOMA, The Voss Foundation, The American Norwegian Cultural Foundation, and the Norway House Foundation.
Senior Construction Manager
Jason Sayner is the Senior Construction Manager for Troon Pacific Inc. Mr. Sayner is an accomplished licensed Architect, having over 20 years of experience in Design and Construction Management. His professional acumen includes Architecture licenses in CA and NY—in addition to being NCARB registered, LEED AP, and having membership in the USGBC. Mr. Sayner is an army veteran and holds degrees in Fine Arts (BFA Sculpture) and Architecture (B.ARCH) and has worked on project typologies as diverse as single and multi-family housing, in addition to hospitality, retail and technology sectors. His unique perspective and background enables him to successfully manage complex projects in fast paced environments, with construction budgets up to $130 million. His resume of projects includes several high-profile clients including Wynn Casinos, Disney, Nokia, and SFO and has designed and built projects in over 10 states in addition to internationally. Mr. Sayner has been honored with several art and architecture design awards including his two most recent completions which received AIA awards.
Seth M. Hernandez
Seth Hernandez is the Project Engineer for Troon Pacific Inc. Joining in 2015, Seth brings experience in the construction management field correlated to Submittal and document control, bidding, sourcing and purchasing materials, maintaining construction schedules, as well as, designing electrical systems and lighting components. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon Institute of Technology and a LEED Green Associate accreditation. With an extensive background in CAD and BIM modeling, over 6 years of experience, he provides a technical aptitude to supplement design processes. His resume of projects include Intels’ D1X Research Factory, Capsugels’ Bend Research Manufacturing Facility, and the construction of multiple new Public Schools for the Bend/La Pine School District.
